Homework 8/15-8/16

U.S. History (8th grade) and World History (7th grade)

Prepare for your bucket day.  Bring at least 4 items that represent who you are and what you like to do to share with the class.  These items cannot be every day items that you might find in your backpack such as a pencil or your ipod.  Please also be careful not to bring items that are banned on campus such as a paintball gun.  If it is in question, make sure and check with me first.

Write a 1/2 to 1 page letter to Mr. Haugen describing your past experiences in your history classes.  Tell me what you liked or didn't like.  What are your expectations for this year?  Be specific.  What do you expect to learn in world/U.S. history and what would you like to learn about?  Feel free to include information that you would like me to know about you.

Have your parents read through the course outline, initial and sign it, and return it to me no later than Tuesday, August 20, 2013.
